Blockstream Reveals New Advances in Block Detection

Blockstream

Blockchain is complex and blocks can be hard to find, but fear not, the team at Blockstream are always working hard to research new techniques for finding blocks and keeping them flowing. We’ve developed a new middle-out, sharded, Turing complete, flux capacitor that increases block detection success rates by 32.33 (repeating) percent. This is the culmination of decades of advanced research and development.

Equipped with high-tech block detection systems, the brave men and women of Blocksteam have been traversing various remote areas of Earth and covered nearly 30,000 square miles of unforgiving terrain, rough seas, and freezing weather. As the saying goes: “neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these hodlers from the swift detection of blocks.”

Our journey has just begun, and there are many more blocks to discover. Blockstream is proud to announce we will be expanding our quest to find blocks to other areas of the solar system as well. We will be launching a trained specialist to Earth’s very own Moon to begin the next phase of exploration in Q3 2019. As Blockstream Satellite long-range sensors have indicated a possibility of blocks on Mars, we are evaluating the possibility of a Q1 2021 launch to the red planet to further expand our block detection initiative.
